Herdade de S. Miguel Esquecido is an enveloping, complex and highly aromatic white wine. It presents enormous aromatic complexity, with notes of tropical fruits involved with aromas of dried fruits, toasted almonds, floral nuances and citrus notes. It is an elegant, mineral white wine with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade de S. Miguel Esquecido is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. The wine was subjected to a pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours prior to being fermented in French oak vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 16 months, prior to being bottled.

Herdade de S. Miguel Esquecido is a complex and aromatic white wine from the Alentejo wine region. Displays tropical notes, along with citric nuances and hints of dried fruits. With an open volume, it presents unctuousness in its structure, minerality, balsamic notes along with elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
